Includes a flexi beater with silicone edges, a standard beater, a dough hook and a balloon whisk. Also includes a free spatula for your convenience.

With a flexi-beater to scrape the mixture from the sides of the bowl, a dough hook for your bread doughs, and a whisk for your lighter fluffy mixtures, there is nothing it cannot do.

Tips and Tricks

To lift the mixer head, gently depress the mixer head and at the same time, depress the head lock button. The mixer will then rise to the upper locked position. To lower the head, depress the head lock button and gently push the head down to the lower locked position. The mixing bowl can be removed by rotating anti-clockwise and lifting it from the base. To fit the bowl securely, locate it on the base and rotate clockwise to lock into position. Fit the attachments included by aligning the motor drive pins with the attachment, push upwards to compress the spring, and rotate clockwise until it locks firmly. To remove, push up to compress the spring and rotate anti-clockwise. Tips & Tricks We recommend mixing in your dry ingredients together first with a spatula so there is minimal dust when you turn on your stand mixer. Also, make sure that the bowl clicks in place as well as the mixer head when you pull it down.

For all orders over £40, you will benefit from either free standard or next day delivery - depending on your requirements.

For Next day delivery: Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day. Orders placed on a Friday before 12pm will be delivered on the Monday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday and across the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders placed before 12pm on UK Bank Holidays will be delivered two days later. We will confirm the expected delivery date via email after you place your order.

Next Day Delivery excludes large appliances and bulky items such as the BBQ range. Instead you will be contacted to arrange a delivery slot. If you have ordered a knife set, this is sent via UPS and will require a signature. If this has been ordered with another order, it will be sent separately and only via standard delivery. Your main order will not be affected. Knife Sets are sent via standard delivery.

We are currently unable to offer next day delivery to the Highlands; Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.

We are not currently able to ship to addresses outside UK borders, but keep checking with us as it’s something we want to be able to support our customers with in the future.

Deliveries will take place between 8am and 10pm and in some cases a signature may be required. If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered and there isn't a safe place to leave the parcel, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery. You can enter delivery instructions when you're placing your order e.g. "leave with neighbour". However, Tower Housewares are not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen if specific delivery instructions are left for the carrier.

Estimated delivery times all exclude weekends and Bank Holidays. When your order is dispatched from our Distribution Centre, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to our carrier’s website to tell you the current status of your delivery.
