The Andrew James Stainless Steel Pitcher is sleek, elegant and practical. The 1.8L jug holds enough to serve up to 6 people making it ideal for use at home on the dining table, or in the office for a conference or meeting room. As well as looking great, the design of this pitcher jug is extremely practical, making it easy to lift and pour whilst reducing splashes and spills.
Don’t restrict this jug’s use just to water, it can also be used to make pitcher cocktails, iced tea or coffee, fruit juices, squash or infused water.
When you use a traditional style water jug it can be hard to get a drink without ending up with a glass full of water. This drinks pitcher includes a piece of metal that lies across the pouring spout that helps prevent large chunks of ice falling out.
Unlike plastic jugs, this drinks pitcher won’t absorb colours or aromas from its contents. You can clean it in a dishwasher but hand washing is preferable as it helps to preserve the polished finish to the outside of the jug. Rinse then wash in warm soapy water with a soft cloth then allow the jug to dry completely before storing.

Using a pestle and mortar, crush the mint leaves with the sugar until they have broken down. Add the limes and continue to process until they have released their juice. Pour this mixture into the pitcher then ad the rum and swirl/stir before adding the soda. Continue to stir until the sugar has been dissolved. Add ice to keep your drink chilled, you can also use extra ice in the serving glasses.
Add a layer of ice cubes to the bottom of the pitcher then add the oranges, cucumber and mint before pouring on the Pimms and topping with lemonade. Stir to serve. The ideal ratio is three parts lemonade to one part Pimms, but you can spice up your Pimms with the following ideas:
