With 2 cooking surfaces, 1 side is ridged for searing and cooking meats to perfection and chargrilling vegetables. You can turn the pan over to cook on the flat griddle pan, which is ideal for frying off mushrooms and tomatoes or for cooking griddle pan pancakes.
This large pan has a cooking area that measures 42cm x 19cm, as well as 2 integral handles to allow for easy lifting. They can also be used to hang the griddle pan when not in use.
The non-stick surfaces of the griddle pan make for easy cooking and simple cleaning. For your convenience, there is an integral drip tray to capture any excess oil during cooking, whatever side you are using.
