Already a firm favourite of top chefs around the world, sous vide cooking allows you to create meals that are full of flavour and retain all their moisture and natural nutrients. Cheap cuts of meat become incredibly tender and tasty, and can be infused with delicious marinades.
It couldn’t be easier to cook food to perfection with our Sous Vide cooker - simply vacuum seal food in a pouch (see our Andrew James Vacuum Sealers), place the pouches in the water bath, and set the time and temperature.
The temperature can be set between 45°C - 90°C (and can also be set in Fahrenheit) and time between 30 minutes and 72 hours. The Sous Vide will precisely maintain the temperature of the water ensuring food is cooked through without being under or overcooked, meaning even a novice chef won’t risk ruining their meal!
A wire rack is included to keep food pouches separated, plus we’ve included free stainless steel and silicone food tongs to help lift pouches in and out. In the product manual, you’ll find delicious recipe suggestions, as well as tips to get you started.
