This Professional Sous Vide Cooking Package from Andrew James provides everything you need for sous vide water bath cooking at home, it includes our 8.5L Professional Sous Vide Cooker, Vacuum Food Sealer and 50 Vacuum Food Pouches.
The Sous Vide has an 8.5 litre capacity and operates from a digitally controlled LCD Display. The water bath cooker can be set to a temperature between 45˚C - 90˚C with a timer from 30 minutes to 72 hours. Matched with the Sous Vide is the sleek vacuum sealer which seals food bag pouches in seconds ready for cooking or freezing.
Already a firm favourite of top chefs around the world, sous vide cooking involves using precisely controlled temperatures to create meals that are cooked to perfection. All the natural flavour, moisture and nutrients in food is preserved in the vacuum seal bags, plus it’s economical as even cheap cuts of meat become tender and tasty!
Step 1 - Season your food and place inside the Food Sealing Vacuum Pouches.
50 food pouches are included with the food sealing machine, each measuring 22cm x 30cm. The vacuum seal pouches are reusable, dishwasher safe, microwaveable and freezer safe. The bags can also be used to simply preserve food for longer and will protect against freezer burn.
Step 2 - Use the Vacuum Sealing Machine to seal the food inside the pouches.
With a simple one-touch operation; simply place the open end of the bag on the sealing strip, close the lid and press the button - the sealer will automatically remove air and seal the bag shut!
Step 3 - Cook food to perfection in the Professional Sous Vide Cooker.
Place the sealed pouches into the filled 8.5L water bath, using the included rack to separate them if necessary. It’s easy to choose the settings using the digital control panel - set the temperature between 45°C - 90°C and the timer for between 30 minutes and 72 hours.
