Made of high quality food grade stainless steel, the Andrew James flavour injector is a professional tool to help you create delicious meat dishes. It’s easy to use with soft touch handles, has a 1.5oz capacity and a level indicating window to accurately measure amounts. The injector also comes apart for easy cleaning.
You can enhance the natural flavour of meat with ingredients such as butter and salt, or experiment with new tastes by injecting herbs, spices, marinades and sauces. Flavour is introduced directly into the muscle fibre of the meat, and unlike traditional marinades, cannot be washed away by oil and fats when frying meat.
The injector comes with 2 different sized nozzles for thicker marinades as well as more fluid sauces. A versatile tool, you can also use it to fill pies, cakes and pastries.
