Large Traditional Cast Iron Baking Stone

This bake stone is not like a traditional Welsh bake stone. It is concave, quite markedly so, probably 1cm from edge to middle. Reason given for this is so nothing runs off, eg fat/oil. oeib a lot less of a concave shape would be sufficient. Moreover, the under surface is also curved,(convex), and there is only a v small flat area in the centre, so not good for heat transmission, esp on an aga. Ideally would be good to have a much wider area and thus to be ground flat.
