To ensure your griddle pan retains its non-stick properties it is important to season it regularly. We advise you do this before first use and every time you clean it. Seasoning is easy, simply rub the surface with a little vegetable oil using a piece of kitchen towel to ensure you get into all the nooks and crannies. After use, remove any debris using a stiff bristled nylon brush then wash the pan with hot soapy water and a soft cloth. Rinse with clean water and towel dry immediately.
Remember to check before use that your hob is compatible with this wide pan as it may go across two hot plates. The ridge around the outside of the pan may mean that it doesn’t sit flush with your hot plates.
