With this generous 500g pack of Andrew James Gluten Free White Bread Mix, you can make approximately 2 loaves of bread or 8 rolls.

Works perfectly with the Andrew James Bread Maker.

Product FAQs
Can I Use This Mix in a Breadmaker?

Yes. This gluten-free bread mix is ideal for use in a bread maker machine. Check your manufacturer’s instructions for your machine’s gluten free function and follow their guidelines for the perfect loaf.

Will It Make Breadcrumbs?

Of course. Use it to make fresh or dried breadcrumbs or use our recipe tips to make sweet or savoury versions. It’s usually best to make breadcrumbs from bread that is a few days old, so this is a great way to use up any leftovers.

Can I Use the Mix to Make Bread Rolls?

Yes - once you’ve made your dough you can shape it into whatever size roll you like, from long finger rolls to burger-style buns or larger baps for a really filling packed lunch. These rolls may not be exactly like the ones you buy in the shop but because they are gluten free they are ideal for anyone who is gluten intolerant or who suffers from celiac disease.

Can I Add Extra Ingredients to the Mix?

If you want to experiment with your bread, then this mix is the ideal base. Try adding herbs, spices, nuts, seeds or other tasty ingredients like cheese and onion.

Turn your leftover bread into versatile gluten free breadcrumbs with these great ideas:

Sugar & Spice Breadcrumbs

Mix with  granulated sugar and cinnamon or mixed spice to use as a topping on puddings and ice cream dishes.

Savoury Breadcrumbs

Combine with grated hard cheese like parmesan and chopped green herbs such as parsley or coriander. Use to coat chicken breasts which are baked in the oven and served with fresh green beans and skin on potato wedges.

Dried Breadcrumbs

Make your breadcrumbs last even longer by drying them out in an oven on a very low heat (about 150 degrees centigrade). You can store them in an airtight container for several months or freeze them for later use.

Alternatively, try using chunks of leftover bread in great recipes like this one:
