Salt and Pepper Air Fryer Chips Recipe
Suitable for vegetarians and fussy bairns, this recipe is syn-free on Slimming World and comes from social media extraordinnaire, Ebba Christine!
2 jacket potatoes, cut into chips
1 pack of tender stem broccoli
1 red pepper, thinly sliced
JD salt and pepper seasoning (alternatively, you could use 1.5 tsps of Chinese 5 spice)
Microwave the broccoli and leave to one side.
Do the same with the red pepper.
Place your chips into the air fryer, spray with fry light and set onto chip setting 160°C for 20 mins.
Once the timer has gone off, spray your chips with fry light again and sprinkle in the seasoning
(about 1-2tsp or all 1.5 tsp of the Chinese 5 spice).
Spray once more and on the chip setting stay at 200°C, but turn the timer down to 10 mins.
Once the timer goes again, add in the pepper and broccoli.
Spray again and throw them back into the air fryer for the remaining 10 mins.
