How to Make Waffles in the Andrew James Volcano Waffle Maker

 

INGREDIENTS

 

200g plain flour

2 tsp baking powder

3 tbsp. sugar

¼ tsp salt

300ml milk

2 tsp vanilla extract

3 tbsp. veg oil

1 egg

 

 

METHOD

 

Beat the ingredients together for 30 seconds, don’t worry about lumps they will disappear when cooking.

Allow the batter to stand for 1 minute.

Fill the scoop to the top and pour into your preheated waffle maker.

Pour in the mixture quickly, so that it gathers in the funnel, and gravity will evenly distribute the batter along the plates.

Cook the waffle for 3-5 min until the waffle is at the desired level of crispiness.

 

 

 

 

 

 

How to make Ice Cream with the Andrew James Ice Cream Maker

 

Place Ice Cream Maker bowl in Freezer 24 hours prior to making.

Switch the ice cream maker on, then use the chute and pour the ice cream or sorbet mix into the inner bowl.

Allow the mixture to churn until frozen or the desired consistency is reached. This can take 15 to 30 minutes, but most recipes will be ready in less time.

Switch off and remove the power unit / lid. The ice cream is ready to serve.
