Each 1KG pack is enough to make up to 10 waffles - or even more - depending on the size of your machine. You can store any unused mixture by sealing the bag and placing it in a cool, dry place.
Use this handy premade mix to make great tasting Belgian waffles that you can top with syrup, honey, and ice cream just to name a few. For more adventurous cooks, this mix is the perfect base to add extra ingredients to for your own sweet or savoury recipes. Check out our blog for inspiration.
When you are making multiple batches, place the first batch of waffles on a cooling tray to help them retain their crispiness. You can also put them in an oven at 200 degrees centigrade for short periods to keep them warm while you are making the rest.
This handy mixture from Andrew James can also be used to make mouth-watering pancakes.

Waffles with this mix can be frozen while they are fresh and then reheated in a toaster.
Mix a ratio of 1KG of dry mix to 1 litre of tepid water and 150ml of cooking oil.
Please note that this mix includes wheat, milk powder, soya, and egg powder. It is not gluten free and not suitable for vegans. Also, please be aware that food items are non-returnable.
This all depends on your waffle maker and the amount of mix you add. Andrew James has a variety of waffle makers that you can shop, including the Volcano Waffle Maker for chunky square waffles and the 2-Slice Machine for round and heart-shaped waffles.
