Refund Policy

We hope you are pleased with our products.

If you are unhappy about anything we have sent to you, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you do wish to cancel or change your order before the items are dispatched, you are asked to contact us immediately, by phone or e-mail.

If you are unhappy with anything we have sent you, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and then send it back to us within 14 working days, unused and in the original packaging. We can then issue a refund within 30 days.

In the unlikely event of something proving faulty after use, please advise us immediately so that we can issue a replacement

After the 7 day period, refunds will not be issued, only repair and replacements will be issued within the warranty period.

Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you

Please note that we will not refund special delivery or recorded delivery costs. The Post office standard parcels cost will be refunded only
